Transition by Chaz Bono

Published in 2012, Transition: Becoming Who I was Always Meant to Be by Chaz Bono is the first [*] memoir by a transgender man of Armenian-American descent.

Bono is an American character actor and activist. He has written three books, including Family Outing. He’s guest starred in the films Dirty, Reborn, Three From Hell, and Reboot Camp. Bono has also guest stared on The Bold and the Beautiful, American Horror Story Roanoke, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Chaz Bono has lived his life. We first met him as Chastity, the darling girl on stage with her parents, Sonny and Cher. Chaz was plagued by a nagging feeling that he wasn’t living the life meant for him. It wasn’t until he admitted, first to himself, then to his family, and finally to the world, that he was a transgender man, that Chaz Bono fully embraced his true self.
