The Hye-Phen Magazine was founded in 2014 as an online magazine and global collective to connect queer-minded Armenian artists, scholars, writers, and amplify our under-spoken stories, issues, ideas, and visions of the future.
“We proudly operate today as a fully independent, Armenian-run digital media platform and publishing collective, carving out a space that celebrates critical thought, openly strange conversations, creative expression, queerness, diversity, connection, and collective healing – in and beyond the Armenian community. The Hye-Phen is a space for virtual sourj, and everyone’s invited to drink with us.
