Released in 2010, Delicious Fruit by Melissa Boyajian is a short experimental film utilizing recontextualized footage of Sergei Parajanov’s archetypal film The Color of Pomegranates.
Melissa Boyajian is an actor and director, known for Sooner, Oklahoma (2009), Basic Conversational Armenian (2008) and I Object (2015). Her photography was featured in Queered: What’s To Be Done With X-Centric Art. She is also a pastry chef and her work has been featured on Buzzfeed.
